Women’s Day at AJILIYAA wasn’t just an event; it was a celebration of strength, resilience, and self-expression. We had the pleasure of hosting an inspiring gathering attended by 80-90 incredible women who came together to embrace empowerment through fashion, art, and community.
A Special Performance by Helly Shah
Helly Shah, a remarkable poet and storyteller, graced us with her heartfelt words, leaving everyone inspired. Her poetry resonated deeply, reminding us of the beauty and strength within every woman:
“So on days when you feel the need to be loved and there's no one to turn to, bear witness yourself to the smaller universe you hold within you and gently whisper; my god, woman, you are beautiful.”
And I couldn’t agree more.
An Evening of Celebration
