No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
- AJILIYAA does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once a purchase has been made. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and specifications before placing an order.
Damaged or Tampered Products
- If the product arrives damaged or the seal is broken, do not accept the delivery from the courier. Kindly inform us immediately via our customer support channels.
- If you suspect the product might be damaged, record a clear video of the unboxing process. This video will serve as evidence in case of disputes regarding product condition.
Unboxing Video Requirement
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for raising any concerns about damaged deliveries. Ensure the video captures:
- The packaging in its original state before opening.

The unboxing process, removal of seal and showing the product’s condition and contents.
- The product’s serial number, if applicable, for verification purposes.
Exceptions to the Policy
AJILIYAA may consider rare exceptions under specific circumstances:
- If the delivered product is proven to be defective or not as described, based on the evidence provided.
- For any such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed. We recommend double-checking all details before finalizing your purchase.
Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details, product choices, and payment information are accurate at the time of purchase.
- AJILIYAA is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete order information provided by the customer.
