Refund & Exchange Policy

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
  • AJILIYAA does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once a purchase has been made. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and specifications before placing an order.

Damaged or Tampered Products
  • If the product arrives damaged or the seal is broken, do not accept the delivery from the courier. Kindly inform us immediately via our customer support channels.
  • If you suspect the product might be damaged, record a clear video of the unboxing process. This video will serve as evidence in case of disputes regarding product condition.

Unboxing Video Requirement
  •  A complete unboxing video is mandatory for raising any concerns about damaged deliveries. Ensure the video captures:
  • The packaging in its original state before opening.
  • The unboxing process, removal of seal and showing the product’s condition and contents.
  • The product’s serial number, if applicable, for verification purposes.

Exceptions to the Policy

AJILIYAA may consider rare exceptions under specific circumstances:
  • If the delivered product is proven to be defective or not as described, based on the evidence provided.
  • For any such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed. We recommend double-checking all details before finalizing your purchase.

Customer Responsibility
  1.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details, product choices, and payment information are accurate at the time of purchase.
  2.  AJILIYAA is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete order information provided by the customer.
